Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance to ensure availability. Bookings made 10 days or less before the event will incur a last-minute booking fee of 20%. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 24 Hours after the event ends. Payment can be made via website or invoice. 2. Service Scope "Got Style" provides on-site fashion interviews with event guests, focusing on their style choices and inspirations. Interviews will be conducted in a friendly and professional manner, with respect for guests’ comfort and preferences. The service includes 2 hours of event coverage. Additional time can be requested at an added cost. 3. Guest Participation Participation in interviews is voluntary, and guests will be asked for verbal consent before filming. If a guest declines to be interviewed, their decision will be respected without question. The event organizer is responsible for ensuring that all attendees are aware of the interviews taking place. 4. Content Usage Recorded interviews and photos may be used for promotional purposes on social media, websites, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon. If the event organizer or a guest requests content removal, a written request must be submitted within 2 Business days of the event. 5. Last-Minute Bookings & Fees Events booked 10 days or less before the event date will be subject to a 20% last-minute booking fee. Last-minute bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made 10 days before the event will receive a partial/full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed 10 days before the event, subject to availability. 7. Conduct & Liability "Got Style" is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional atmosphere at all times. The service provider is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect event coverage (e.g., venue restrictions, weather conditions, technical difficulties). The event organizer must provide a suitable space for interviews to take place without disruption. 8. Agreement By booking Got Style, the event organizer agrees to these terms and conditions. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing before the event.
